If you are not happy with an item, just send it back within 10 days of receipt and we will be glad to issue full credit to your account, refund your money, or exchange the item. If you would like to send an item back after 10 days of receipt, we will be glad to exchange it for you. We ask that you please enclose a note with the item stating what you would like for us to do and also include a copy of the original invoice showing the purchase of the item.
If you receive an item that is damaged, broken or missing a stone, please return it to us and we will be glad to repair or exchange it for you at no charge. If you sell an item to a customer and they return it to you because it broke or because they lost a stone, we will repair the item at no charge unless the item was abused. If the item was abused, there will be a nominal charge for the repair. Please make sure to include a note with the item stating if you would like us to repair or exchange.
We will ship your orders by UPS ground. We do have Express Services available. We can ship Next Day, Second Day, Three Day Air Select, and Saturday Delivery. There will be an extra charge for these services. You must call your order in by 12:00 noon to have it shipped the same day. Any order called in after 12:00 noon will be shipped the following day. With Express Service, we will ship them by UPS or Federal Express. Please let us know if you have a preference.
